Deposit Non-refundable
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The deposit reserves both your time slot and the whole pig we source specifically for your event, so it is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Reschedule Policy No cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled. You may, however, reschedule your order once, subject to our availability on the new date.
Reschedule requests must be made at least one week (7 days) before your scheduled event date. Requests made with less than 7 days notice cannot be accommodated, and in that case the order and deposit are forfeited.
To reschedule, call us at 732-532-5080 as early as possible. Your deposit carries over to the new confirmed date.
Balance & payment
The remaining 50% balance is due before your event date. We send a reminder with a secure payment link a few days ahead. We accept card (secure link) or Zelle.
Lead time & changes
Orders, and any changes to size or headcount, must be confirmed by the Monday before your event. Time slots are limited and fill quickly, so we recommend ordering as early as possible.
Delivery & pickup
We deliver across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Connecticut. Delivery fees are based on distance and included in your quote. Delivery times are estimated windows; someone must be available to receive the lechon. Pickup is also available at standard times (9 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM, 6 PM).
Food safety & allergens
Your lechon is prepared from USDA-inspected whole pigs and arrives fully cooked and hot. For food safety, serve within two hours of delivery or refrigerate. Our lechon is prepared in a kitchen that also handles common allergens; cross-contact is possible.
Weather, photos & agreement
Our lechon is cooked over an open fire and can be affected by severe weather. If that ever happens, we will contact you to make it right.
We may photograph events for our portfolio and social media. If you would prefer we don't, just let us know.
